In this article, we show that conolidine, a normal analgesic alkaloid used in classic Chinese drugs, targets ACKR3, thus offering supplemental evidence of the correlation concerning ACKR3 and ache modulation and opening choice therapeutic avenues to the procedure of chronic suffering. There i
